Please be courteous. Time is important to each of us. 

Arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment as to not interfere with the next client's session.

Mobile Phones: You will be unable to use your mobile phone during lash services, as your eyes have to be closed the entire time to ensure your safety and to allow the technician complete focus while working with glue, chemicals, & other instruments around the eyes. 

*Please note that if you did not get your initial set of extensions from us, you will be required to get a full set. A removal of old lashes will be up to an additional charge 

of $25. This will be determined at your consultation.  

There is a minimum charge of $90 if it has been 5 or more weeks 

since your last fill in.

**Please do NOT wear makeup to your appointment. 

Lashes must be clean and free from any makeup residue in order to 

get the best results.

We do ask that you give at least 24 hours notice​ of cancellation or to reschedule. This allows us to free up slots for availability to other clients.

PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE - NO EXCEPTIONS

$50 non refundable deposit for a full set of extensions 

and full body waxing/sugaring at the time of scheduling.

**Please do NOT wear makeup to your lash appointments 

& exfoliate 48 hours before your waxing appointments.** 

**PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU NO SHOW OR CANCEL/RESCHEDULE LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED AND WILL NOT BE TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER APPOINTMENT**  

AFTER CARE

Total Lash Junkie reserves the right to cease providing lash services to protect your health and results as well as the integrity of the brand if lash after care guidelines are not followed.

OTHER FEES 

~MORE THAN 15 MIN LATE FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT

            - You must reschedule, and a fee of 50% of session for the time that was set aside specifically for you.

~NO CALL/NO SHOW

            - $25 fee and prepayment of service if you wish to schedule 

another appointment.

~RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION - LESS THAN 24 HRS (from scheduled appt)      

- 50% of session. Fee will be due at your next appointment.

~NSF - $30 fee plus the amount of the original check.

~PAY BY CREDIT CARD - $3.00 convenience fee
